Part of the joy of Grand Memories is the spontaneous story-telling that occurs during a recording session. If the content is too rehearsed, it will sound staged and stilted which removes so much of the genuine story.
But … we don’t want the conversation to be full of pauses, “ums” and “ahs”, and other distractions. To get around this, we’ll provide our guest with a set of questions before we chat so that there will be no surprises.
That said, we won’t ask all the questions nor we will we ask them like an interview. We’ll use the questions as a guide – the conversation will be the conversation!
